Sick again!

Just got back from a pudding party held by the christian union! It was fantastic! The rule was bring a friend or bring a pudding! HAhaa.. i brought a troop?hehe! abt 7-8 people? hehe! Fun! Lovely cakes and ice cream and pies! Enjoyable fellowship, wonderful testimonies!

Celebrated jessie's bday today. (photos will be up once i steal them from my friend.., forgot camera - sick lar!) Had a mini drinking session after the pudding party, got hungry, cooked noodles which turned out good! hee! Back home now, feeling horrible with the stupid sore throat. Going to have to sing tomorrow for the carol service... not sure how's that going to happen with my current state now :( hope i get well fast! going to italy next week yet i have many post in my drafts.. shall make a point to load it k? i promise! Tired now, off to bed.. tata!

I dont understand why people cant reply a text message? it will definitely take less than 2 minutes tops to reply.Grr!

I know its too late for this (its an entire month)! It aint my fault for the first 2 weeks k! I suffered being internetless! :( The following two weeks till now, the stupid connection have not been allowing me to load photos to post to you guys! ACtually this 3 are the only 3 that made it... wanted to load 3 more but failed :( Oh well..

I absolutely adore the views here. SEriously it takes your mind off depression or homesick! If you feel sad or depressed all i gotta do is take a walk to the pier and watch the waves! hehe! (will post that lovely view in another post)

Updates :
J's been making life hard now. J's been bitching about me to his friends and though they said 'its none of their business' i can sense that they are not talking to me very much. (or not in front of him at least) Why? Why must people act different when he's there? Hmm...

Was talking to the girls since everyone elses were out except for us, we all realised that we're very uncomfortable when J's home. (weird eh? and no i didnt poison them to think he's a bastard! its just not right! and didnt want to sink to his level) It was fun chatting together with them when no one else but us are left at home. C was worried that i was stuck in my room the entire day but truth is, I WAS OUT! :) Went grocerry shopping, library( shocked and surpised i covered 9 lectures! ) and to A's house to cook for the a few people who always seem to call us for makan!

Was really thankful the bak kut teh went well, i sorta made the dried bak kut teh thingy or after looking at it, it could be kongpo pork dish? A made ox liver in ginger soup, KL made aubergins with pork and he helped us fry the spinach! ( oh btw... KL's a really good cook but at times he too lansi d!) Ps : A's housemates think we cant cook just because we normally cook when their not home! Bah...insulted! *eh eh, my pork turned out damn good k! hahah*

Might be going to the castle tomorrow to snap some shots! Hopefully blogspot will allow me to upload the pic! I have no clue why i cant load lor! Anyone got any opinion on it???

Idiotic Situation!

I know i should be telling people about the lovely stuff and environment here in Aber but instead im going to rant a little over the situation that just came flooding on me. Sighz...

Two weeks ago, when i was about to use the toilet, i realised that there was a cigarette bud in the toilet bowl which could only mean one thing! - J SMOKED!!!! He's the only one who smokes in the house. Since it didnt quite smell though it was rather disgusting, I let it passed. Three nights ago, J smoked in his room and it was really strong because my room is just next door. I got out and told him

ME: CAn u pls not smoke in the house?
J : WHY? (rudely)
ME : cuz i cant tahan lar... (walks away)

Next day, after dinner i've realised that J had some friends over. I heard 2 of them and very well knew one of them was KL and the other was D together with an unknown sounded indian or malay guy. Smell smoke again! Strong one and I was studying. GOt really annoyed, guess he didnt quite understood my warning so I complain to the Acco office. Hence, today the lady emailed us ALL about smoking indoors that we should only smoke 5 metres away from the house,windows etc... unfortunately without thinking further, he started bitching about me to D and my dear friend A coincidentally met them at the bus stop . They bitched about me towards her complaining i was too much not warning him first... (was what i did really wrong? I mean.. he dint want to listen..and i clearly did tell him! ) J claimed that he smoked in the toilet and an hour later i went in and still complain(well, this i dont remember because i doubt it happened!!) THERE'S A FREAKING HUGE SIGN SAYING NO SMOKING IN THE PREMISES!!!!

Was at my friend's A place for dinner then tagged on and went to church. We got back about 10 and he was outside her house with KL smoking asking her

A : yea...
J: aiyo.. better dont go over lar.. after you become like her how? dont complain so much k...

Sighz.. is he trying to get everyone against me??? Well he's doing it quite well since my bodoh remaining housemates, DJ and C dont really gives a shit. Dj said.

ME: no.. its not! we can still smell..he should smoke outside!

Im so on my own. I have no friends at home, I have useless housemates that dont back me up during meetings.. They think he's very powerful! Bah... how lar? I dont know what to do... Guess i wont be invited for anything now... everyone's gona be against me! (D even stopped talking to me d.. and he bloody hell dont know my part and took J's word )

I want to confront them as much and win this war.. but i realised it wont be too christian like of me. (yes got this after going to church) I realised that i should live my life as how God wants me to be instead of fighting back. Its time to walk away from this immaturity that they are playing. I know what i did was right.. just that i dont have anyone backing me up... and its depressing that i have to go through it for a couple more months! sighs!

Hi people, I know some of you guys are wondering if im fine etc. Well i am, I'm currently in aber now with no internet connection - using housemates wireless so shall not waste her bandwidth though i was on since 2 hours ago..oops! hahaha. Before i will officially fly off to UK! Feeling havent sunked in totally yet! I bet im gona cry a river tomorrow though. Oh wells...

Still waiting....

The new airlines system disable students from getting the extra 10kgs that they normally do. Me being persistent, pushed my way to it and managed to got the excess baggage weight in the end. After getting that settled, confirmation for this friday's flight is today(28/9/08).

All this while i thought that the British high com will be open regardless of raya because they follow the British hols only, but i was WRONG! It takes 8-10days to get your visa done (minimum by the way). Due to the holidays on wed and thurs, my 10th working day is on friday! ARgh! How to fly on fri if its only the 10th day? So, i'll be visiting the visa place to asked them when it will be out tentatively. If its not out by latest tuesday, I will change my flight date again! Oh lord, please shower ur mercy over me!

Feeling quite stressed because not only im affected by my own flight, but my family members and aunt as well. Tough trying to coordinate with everyone! *feels like bursting*

Jiiny decide to call for a farewell before she leaves for miri and head straight to the uk. Its been a really long time since all of us hung out that way. The dinner consisting of 8 people, 4 guys and 4 girls (minus Nyat!)

Had a good time catching up with each other, checking out chicks (the guys lar!ish..haha) ,teasing fei, talking to fira abt 1,2,3....(many to come?haha joking lar!)

If im not mistaken.. we took 6 goodbyes and 10mins after standing up from out seat saying goodbye.. It is indeed sad. Going to miss you bunch of people so much. No more card sessions :( No more extra long self-declared breaks! No more studying in starbucks! :( Do keep in touch with us k? Take care guys! :)

Waiting....

The past two days had been complete torture to my body. Had 3 hours of sleep in 2 days. Had 2 meals in 2 days, drank less than 2 glasses of water per day. Why? This is due to my visa application. Due to stories i've heard which freaked me out a little, I had to make sure everything is complete. Was supposed to get it done on Wed, unfortunately I am required to do a english translation for those documents in Malay( 8 in total!). Took the entire wednesday to translate the stupid documents. Why can they use simple terms for contribution in Malay instead of CARUMAN! ish...

Apart getting that ready, had to go to the lawyer's office to certify my certs. The day before that, I ran around like a mad fool to every bank to certify my bank statements. After that was done, proceeded for medic check up. Thank god everything went okay.

Had no accommodations before this as well. Thank God and aunt for helping me through. Its a twin sharing, i pray that my roomie will be a good one! ( Oh lord, i trust u) Just paid the acceptance fees today to booked the room. Got the extension from uni to commence on the 6th of oct instead of this coming sat.

Hectic!!! Did my visa today. The stupid officer forgotten to hand in my file to the biometric department so i waited for almost 2 hours. Ish! Thank god i manage to complete the whole thing by 11am.

I am really thankful to God for everything He has helped me with from getting an offer, getting approval from uk for the financial status, getting accommodation and now waiting for visa.

If all is settled, will be flying off on the 3rd of october!

*shall take this time to gain all the sleep I had lost! * ;)

Confirmation Received!

Judging from my past post, I was waiting for confirmation. Finally, it has all been settled. Now the tough part, VISA! yikes!

The UK visa seems way harder to get compared to the australian visa. BAh... I am scheduled to leave on the 26th of september because I am scheduled to start on the 29th of september after requestion for extension for an entire week. I am currently in Vietnam(visiting family - yes i am awared its during the wrong time!),will be back on tuesday afternoon. Gotta do my medic check up + x ray. Settle documents for visa on wed and pray that my visa will be done successfully by the following tuesday so I can fly off on friday morning, 10.15am :)

Currently, just bought 2 winter jackets. 1 Blue in color - looks slightly like an eskimo jacket and 1 brown - autumn/winter classy looking kind. Got 2 gym pants to wear. Gotta get 2 long sleeves top( i have none! hahaha) and thinking if i should get another jacket... Hmmm...

Well, if all goes smoothly, I will be flying off on the 26th September 10.15am XD

If I am required to leave, I have to be there on the 20th of September (doubt i will make it on time, so emailed the dude) Nice dude, he told me not to worry, just get my paper work done. :)

I should be tentatively be leaving by the 28th of sept once everything is confirm and visa settled. Oh ya, not forgeting, I'm supposed to be checking flight details.Yikes! So last minute! :(

I got a new toy!!!! Its my one and only beloved RED psp!!! Look at the elegant and riched color. Got it at a good deal. Fantastic graphics. No regrets! :)

WEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! Last day of work today! Im half sad and half happy. Sad - I love this job! Free wine tastings! Happy - rest time! Muahaha!

Just found out yesterday that term starts next tuesday. Oh dear, what have i been doing? Why does August seems to past much faster than June or July? Sobs.. Nevertheless, results will be out next week too. Im happy and sad. Happy - its finally out, Sad - not really sad.. just worried! lolz! Will i be able to head to uk this year? Hmmm.. ( I need a confidence boost and encouragement)

Apart from all that, i started a recent fascination in the new item called a PSP!!!!*JENG jENG jENG* What color? Black, RED or Pink? Im heading more to RED but if i have to add rm100 just to purchase it, i wont. I DONT THINK ITS WORTH RM100 JUST FOR THE COLOR !!!!! (though its really pretty!) Sighz... *still under negotiation!*

UPDATES!

Yes,yes i know i've been slow on updates. Been busy. Aunt's down from the UK, went for passion conference, work, spend time with family, rushed down to melaka(aunt passed away..sighz). What's new? Everyone probably saw/heard of the olympics that's going on now right? (if you dont know about it, your quite ulu! ahahha! ) The opening was awesome and spectacular! It was so pretty!

Before that, the sunday before the ceremony started, Passion had their world tour to KL. There was about 5000 people in that very hall that day. It was jammed pack all the way to Pyramid and the parking was full. Although there was an age limit of 18-25, that still didnt stop some 'people' (AHEM!) from going! ahahhaah!

Many thought that this would be like a planetshakers conference, or a hillsongs concert. They are so wrong. It had its own field! :) It was more to prayer and also emphasizing on the Universities and college students. THe sermon was touching! Overall, a pretty good conference :)

Movie premiere : The Mummy 3!

Woke up about 12pm-1 pm. Receive an sms from glenn about working part time for a movie premiere at cineleisure, Cathay cinemas. With minimal information, i smsed ting. Got mom's permission, confirmed with ting and then told glenn. He asked me for more people. So i called dan, he agreed to it!

Dress code : Formal White shirt and black pants!

Time : 7.20pm ( about!)

Got stuck in a bad jam to ting's. Met dan, he drove us there. Ate Mcd ( got a free burger!dint know why so gave it to dan!) Due to me being broke, dan paid for everything yesterday. Gotta remember how much i owe him( ala, not that much k!) We got brief few times. And thanks Glenn for giving me(us) that job! It was nice to be able to watch a free movie! ;)

Finished about 12am. Went makan at jelutong with Jie. Dan dropped me back. Sadly, as tired as i was, i had trouble sleeping! Sighsz! Super the stone today! Counting time to get home now! :)

Overall : Met couple of great fun people, cool job. Dont mind doing more of it next time! XD

Most people already know that I've been working since July. And worse case, i didnt manage to meet seok and WH before they flew back to aussie :( yikes! Its okay lar, maybe will meet you guys in nov/dec or in few years time! We shall keep in contact through msn and blogs! :)

I've been working in a wine shop, supposedly a retail assistant but is practically doing everything from paper work to computer work to financial statements, stock intakes and purchase stuff .. and the list goes on... the amount of stuff i've learnt throughout the month is tremendous! Enjoying it! XD

I dont fancy blogs with super alot of rants chained from one post to another. For now, im stuck at work.. alone! Since im feeling slightly bugged, I'm going to blog it out! Some people started a blog for people to read and due to recent lack of readers, the person is deciding to stop? A blog is writen for ourselves! If we have readers , plus points! If not, screw it! hahaha!

Why did i decided on this ranting post? Well, Im feeling bugged about a certain issue right about now. When i confronted the person, the only answer given was ' i duno', Yikes! I'm probably now noted as the ''thing'' to most people now. Who knows what's been going on! Oh well. I do not appreciate being torment in that way to people i dont know. It could be a joke to some but serious to another. Bah.. I dont know what to do, Dont know why im feeling this ways! *confused*

Expectations then disappointments! sighz..! Nevertheless, im so thankful to God that He has helped me in every way possible. When im down, up, sad or happy! He's always been there for me! Learning to trust is something i've got to do now. Oh, i so hope this feeling fades soon. Ok done ranting! Ahaah back to work! Hehehe

Updates!

I've been working again in the Wine shop in Bangsar Village 1. It gets quite boring sometimes when there's no customers but on top of that, I'm suprised to be learning much more than expected. Throughout this one month, I've learned how to do stock takes, PO, RO, GO, learning about wines, doing accounts, talking to suppliers (spreading my networks :p) etc.

WAy way more than what i expected.

Apart from that, on my offdays( Wed and Fri) I've been out with Mark, Gene and Dan who were all back from Aus and UK. Our first outing was to watch WANTED! Before the movie, we were rushing for lunch (WHY? >>>> the guys were late again lar! DUH!) Movie. Then shopping for Gene's Nintendo and suprisingly, Mark was shopping for facial stuff from parkson(for his sister of course!) He was so cute.... The lady had to guide him while we three were snapping pictures in order to blackmail him! Muahahah! (will post it soon. Malas now!)

Next outing, was to mark's place in Mont kiara. Went there once, relied on my memory to get us there. Dan was driving. Waited 6 hours for him in ss2! Ish.. He drove rather scary and i realised that he swears a whole bunch each time he's placed behind the wheel! Yikes! (patience dan...!) Due to his 'bei' mood that day, his driving wasnt too safe as well but thank God we arrived safely to Mark's. Left to hartamas for lunch. Dan took the wrong lane and we were kinda slow for the U turn. A car was superly impatient continuously honk us (even after he got by) Then, dan placed his indicator on to head left. The car came out of no where. Dan was waiting for him to go and he was like ' i'll give u but dont want to give u kinda thing'. So, dan accelerated. He honk dan and sorta chased dan in a way that dan would bang his car (thank goodness dan plays games!!! FAst reactions! - i guess gaming helps?) Then being unsatisfied. He stopped in the middle of the road blocking dan and other cars, dan swirf and the dude got out of his car kicking dan's car since there was nothing much that can be done.

Its the most scary time of my life sitting in the passengers seat. Yikes! But seriously, what's wrong with Malaysian drivers? Cant they just be polite or something? All this cursing, all this ego will just kill more lives! Ish... Stupid people! May God bless your soul dude! Tsk tsk!

WEnt to mark's place after lunch again, met the two dongs there. Two dakei while two ps2 while me = left alone to do nothing :( But it was a fun catched up session and im gona miss you mark! :(

Playing with fire too much isnt exactly a good thing. What oh what have i gotten myself into? Yikes! Mixed feelings!!! :(

Nevertheless, I'm thankful for everything that had happened and looking forward to this particular week due to a SPECIAL REASON! :)

Besides that, today was our praise and worship 6th anniversary! Wow, without knowing 6 years just flew like that. I've been growing up in this church like since forever! Serving in this ministry for almost 4 years maybe? (forgot). This is my 3rd time playing for the anniversary! lolz. Will post up pictures as soon as i get it from glenn! :) Awesome message, awesome fellowship, all glory to god! XD!
