Count your blessings!

Happy chinese new year to all! May you get wealthy and have a prosperous year ahead!

I realised, we always whine and whine and whine about all the BAD things that had happen. Recently, from what's been going on, I've learned to count my blessings! For every bad thing that had happen, there's for sure a good thing that will over power that bad thing.

Its been cNy week. Everyone's busy collecting angpaos (apart from those who are currently overseas now!). Apart from that, I'm patiently waiting for my replies from the Uk universities that i'd applied to. So far, I gotten 3 replies. 1 conditional offer, 1 offer to do 1st year(considered a rejection) and 1 rejection. I was bumped that i didnt make it for the 2 at first but then i realised that most of my friends that applied, didnt pretty much get some of those unis they applied to as well and that i wasnt alone. This made me realised that although I've so far only gotten one out of 5 while 2 is pending..It's been a blessing! I thank God for this!

I believe He has blessed me my entire life up to today. As long as I have faith in Him and myself, I can do all things. Shall just hope for the best from the remaining two. Let God lead my life. If the 1st offer is where he wants me to go...I will go.

Sighz... I just realised that how my actions were these days are not exactly setting a good example to anyone. I am nice but yet mean at the same time when pissed? Yes i've been patient for a long time and i admit, it hit my limit so i blew...But thinking about it...maybe i should have added more patience instead of keeping it to the limit? Worse thing is...im still feeling annoyed and pissed which i know i shouldnt....

Just got back from worship practise but feeling down... Its been so long since i felt this way...AFter reading dan's blog, i realised we're kinda going through the same thing but in different parts of the world. I really feel so disappointed with myself. God forgive those who sin against Him. If all of us want to follow him, we should forgive those who condemn us. Infact we should LOVE our ENEMIES and pray for them. I want to be different! I do not want to sink myself down to their level and be as childish. I guess i gotta be firm with my decision and try to be a better person.

I stopped gossiping as much as before (well..everyone gossips at least a little unintensionally or not) I dont backstab people but rather tell them straight forward as gentle as i can without hurting them....Bah..I want to be more active in church and serve more but due to personal reasons i cant..I guess i really just need guidance from God and a little motivation or something of that sort....As dan said in his blog post, while typing all this out..it kinda relieve those negative thoughts and make me feel slightly better :)

I hope tomorrow will be a better day than today :)

THAT PERSON LIED SAYING EVERYONE AGREED!!!!

Hmm...my bloggy looks so dead!!! No comments, no tags, nothing...Some people's blogs, their tag box i meant... got some cool whipped up conversation going on. Mine is only by lets said less than 5 people? haha! Its so lack of update. Im suppose to update my Vietnam trip but MICHOKO HAVENT PASS ME THE PHOTOS!!!! (from the week she arrived back till its going to be Feb soon - she too busy liao...ahaha!) Was suppose to write a thank you list to those people who wished me on my birthday last november together with an appreciation to my dearest buddies but MICHOKO STILL HAVENT PASS ME THE PHOTOS YET!!! (from november to going to Feb) hahaha! She ar...I hope she reads this...ahahah! (yes i did it for fun :p) Well, she'll be facing exams soon ( before cny ) So wont be able to get it from her anytime soon. Must not kacau her!!! hehe :)

After contemplating for so long....(since before my birthday in Nov) till yesterday, I FINALLY bought it! :)

What i did before buying my new cam ?

The hunt started off in Section 14, digital mall to the photo/ Camera shop along the rows of stalls after KFC. Hunt inside Jaya supermarket too(there's a cam shop there) Got all the information needed like : price, which brand better, which is recommended, what is thrown in with my purchase.

Me, being unsatisfied and still want to check myself decided to go home surf the net to see if what was being told is true. Pretty much got the satisfaction but didnt feel like spending my own cash...hhaha. Talk to cousin. Contemplated...(yes my cousin is somewhat a techno freak and expert)

Continued my hunt in pyramid, got quite a decent price(cheaper than the rest). STill unsatisfied so i went to subang,amcorp,midvalley,ou, curve to check the prices...Oh did i tell you, i went to seremban to check out the prices too? Heheheh! And yes i meant it...I walked into every store and ask the same questions...and pyramid pretty much the cheapest inclussive of everything that was thrown in with purchase(if not the store opposite carefour in midvalley is the cheapest ~ really cheap..) But im afraid of being conned...so bought it yesterday in pyramid! Wee..... :)

No more shopping till piggy bank is filled :(

Ps : yes i know my blog's dead...nothing interesting lar.. except...praying to get offers to uk!!!! worried...bah..must study! Lolz...

Hmm....Funny how life takes you on an adventure. It could be a rocky one, it could be a smooth one downstream.

Since everyone is doing a recap of their previous year 2007, it got me thinking about mine.

Like most people, I started off with my 3rd semester of A levels. This term it was great. Everyone in class started to loosen up and soon enough all of us started hanging out and we're much closer compared to the begining of our course in Jan 2006. Time really do fly.

From awkward conversations (A46 ppl will understand me :p ) in Pizza hut, Hp towers to prom and lastly to Langkawi before all of us go our separate ways. I guess blogs really do help huh? I'm glad that most of us are still in contact with each other regardless how near or far we are. Its great meeting you guys. All the best with your future!!!! THose who'll be leaving to Aussieland in Feb : take care! keep in contact and all the best! Will miss you guys :)

2007 had also been rocky for me in some ways rather personal so I wont state much here unless you question me in person? :)

Thoughts :

Looking at my previous post. I'm really thankful for the person who invented those pretty colors explosive in the sky. Though it may have blown a few people to death, watching it brings me joy. I'm somewhat mesmerize by how pretty it is :) Apart from that, I realise I'm more to a nature or environmental person. I like walking in the parks, gazing at the stars (reminds me of cbc camp.Awesome!!!) and staring at the moon, going to the beach....etc. It makes me feel thankful for what I'm blessed with :)

Time sure do flies quickly. It was just a year ago where we started our pre-U. Now half of you guys are already away in the UK and next half to Australia and NZ. I hope that we will still be friends ya? Keep in contact and i wish you all the best!!!
